I have a new blogging buddy!!! My little sister, Kimberly, just started her own blog called Live Eat Repeat. She’s in her last semester of college studying nutrition and has been trying the find a balance between the analytical nature of nutrition and her creative spirit. I suggested she start a blog a couple of times in the past, but it wasn’t until this semester that she discovered niche and voice.
After sifting through the different healthy living blog-a-sphere, Kimberly noticed there was something missing from the community. Something that wasn’t heavily based in fitness or saturated with recipes, instead she wanted a practical, yet entertaining guide to nutrition for all levels of healthy living. Live Eat Repeat was created not as a nutrition bootcamp, but as a practicable guide to eating better and learning the basics of how food works in your body. My sister is an adorable and witty writer!
