I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think I’m becoming a morning person. I’ve wanted to be a morning person since – forever! I’m terrible at getting to bed early and I’m notorious for hitting that snooze button waaay too many times. It all start to change we I decided (on a whim) that I was going to be someone who worked out in the mornings. I’d always been an after work type of workout gal, hitting up a yoga class, then quick rushing home to show, make dinner (wait, do I need to stop at the grocery store?), speed shower and then realize it’s nearly 9 p.m. Where did my night go?
I made myself a morning schedule:
6:30 a.m. alarm
7 a.m. start workout
7:30 a.m. finish workout
7:31 a.m. drink water
7:35 a.m. get ready
8:15 a.m. leave the house
I can’t tell you how much better I feel making time in the mornings for, well, a morning! While I’m not perfect and I don’t workout every morning. It’s a damn good start!
