Long weekends up north at a cabin is a Midwest summer staple. We load up our load the coolers with ice, grab our weekender bags, and pack up the car and head up north. Happy 4th of July to all my ‘Merica friends! Last night I made a strawberry rhubarb pie and salted caramel apple pie for today’s dinner festivities. Our house now smells super delicious! Can’t wait to relax on the lake, cheers to the good ole red, white and blue and enjoy the long holiday weekend!
