What I Ate Today

Vegan What I Ate Video

Welcome to the April edition of “What I Ate Today.” I’m planning on doing one of these videos a month sharing some of my favorite vegan recipes and local restaurants!

MORNING

Matcha Latte Recipe:
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp maca powder
4 tbsp of water
1/2 c of non-dairy milk
3 to 5 drops of vanilla sweetener

Smoothie Recipe:
2 frozen bananas
10 frozen strawberries
Acai juice to thin out the smoothie

LUNCH

Cauliflower buffalo ‘wings’
Philly sandwich

DINNER

Avocado toast
Seven Sundays museli
Yogart
Fresh fruit
Cacao nibs
