I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect skinny jean, for like, ever. From department stores to petite shops, I’ve tried on every fit, color, shape, size with only mediocre success. I thought I’d found my perfect petite denim at Banana Republic, but they were just never really comfortable in the hips. I was always waiting for them to break-in.
Being a short gal, jean shopping is my worst enemy, but I had a free Saturday afternoon, so off to the mall I went. After trying on another twenty plus pairs of jeans in an hour, I entered Abercrombie and Fitch shop out of desperation. It was like stepping back in time to my middle school days of saving all my babysitting money for one of those overly branded AF tees. The dim lighting, offensively loud music, and the fog of perfume turned out to be totally worth, as I’ve now found the most comfortable skinny jean for my bod! I got this pair and this pair.
